Fog Chess

You only see what your pieces can see.

Squares not currently defended or attacked by one of your pieces are hidden in fog. Scout carefully — moving blind is part of the challenge.

Rules

Read before you play — no surprises mid-game.

  • A square is visible if one of your pieces legally attacks or occupies it.
  • Hidden squares show fog instead of the opponent's piece, if any.
  • The engine still enforces full legality — you simply cannot see everything before you move.
